Who are MindMe products suitable for?

MindMe products are suitable for, but not limited to the following individuals:

  • The elderly living at home 
  • The elderly living in independent living facilities or nursing homes 
  • People living with with dementia 
  • People with disabilities (We are a registered NDIS providers) 
  • Children 
  • Lone workers (i.e, nursing staff working independently in potentially hazardous environments) 

How do I order a MindMe product?

You can order MindMe products on our Shop page or by phone on 1300 776 907.

Step One

Purchase MindMe products online here or via phone on 1300 776 907

Step Two

Order confirmation email is sent to customer, including an ‘Information Form’ to be completed and returned to info@mindme.com.au

Step Three

MindMe will process and ship the order to customer within 24 – 48 hours

How long will it take to receive MindMe products once ordered?

Once a MindMe product has been ordered either online or via a phone order, the order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours (or two business days). Products are shipped via Australia Post and will take approximately 2-5 business days to be delivered.

We are confident that MindMe products will fulfil your requirements, however, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee

Yes! We offer a 12 month warranty for all MindMe devices.

MindMe products use a 6-axis gyroscope to detect falls, immediately notifying emergency contacts.

MindMe products feature a powerful microphone and speaker, enabling clear two-way communication between the wearer and their contacts.

Two-way Communication

The built-in speaker and microphone allow for a two-way conversation between the wearer and emergency contact, similar to the speaker function on a mobile phone.

Real-time location via GPS satellite

MindMe products leverage GPS, a worldwide radio-navigation system formed by a constellation of 24 satellites and ground stations, to provide real-time tracking of the product's location.

Geo Fencing

Using GPS technology, the geo-fencing feature sets a virtual boundary around a specific location (e.g., a 200m radius from the front gate). If the wearer crosses this boundary, an alert is sent to the programmed contacts.

SMS Notifications

Automatically sends SMS notifications to programmed contacts when the emergency procedure is activated.

Low Battery Alert

If the battery level falls below 5%-15% capacity, a mobile app notification is sent to the emergency contacts.

IP67 Waterproof Rating

The IP67 waterproof rating ensures MindMe products are protected against water splashes, allowing them to be worn in the shower or rain. However, they should not be submerged in water, such as in a bath or pool.

Auto Answers Incoming Calls

MindMe products automatically answer incoming calls after ringing twice, enabling a two-way conversation between the wearer and the contact.

Incoming Call Control

MindMe products can be programmed to allow only emergency contacts to make inbound calls.

Silicone Watch Band

The MindMe Watch Pro features a comfortable black silicone wristband.

Medicine Reminder

Multiple medication reminders can be set to alert the wearer when it's time to take their medicine, with the name of the medication displayed on the digital screen. These alerts will sound at the same time every day until modified or deleted.

Non-Emergency Call Button

The wearer can make outbound calls to both pre-programmed emergency and non-emergency contacts, enabling a two-way conversation similar to a standard mobile phone call.

Time Zone Modification

MindMe products allow for the programming of specific AU time zones, ensuring emergency contacts receive alerts with accurate time information.

Remote Setup via Mobile App

Product setup and programming are completed remotely via the mobile application.
